Welcome to my site and I’m so delighted you’re here. I truly believe that anyone can do yoga as long as you can breathe!! As part of my therapy after a catastrophic ankle injury in 2012 I began taking yoga classes and instantly fell in love with the mind, body, spirit connection. Healing took place, not only physically, but on all levels. Realizing yoga was to play an enormous role in my life, I undertook a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, followed by a 40 Hour Gentle Immersion, and now an Advanced 300 Hour Training. I have had the joy of teaching all ages, ranging from 2 years to 103 years old. My aim is to provide nourishing, revitalizing classes, working with breath, asana and meditation to leave my students feeling refreshed and strengthened.
